UCFD#1 recently invested in two brand-new Zoll AutoPulse Resuscitation Systems. This enhances the service capabilities of the District’s three busiest ambulances—Medic 21, Medic 22, & Medic 23 —by providing crews with the next generation of automatic CPR technology.

The AutoPulse delivers continuous, high-quality chest compressions during cardiac arrest, allowing paramedics to focus on other critical tasks, such as airway management, medication administration, patient assessment, and transport.

As a District with limited resources and personnel, this technology plays a crucial role in helping crews provide high-quality care, even when operating at minimum staffing levels.
